Refund policy

1 We hope you will be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you must first request approval for a return.

2 To request a return, please email contact@sip-scene.com within fourteen (14) days from the date you received your order. Your email must include:

  • Your order number,

  • A clear picture of the product,

  • A picture of the original box/packaging,

  • The current condition of the product.

3 Only after receiving and approving your request, SipScene will provide you with the return instructions. Products sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

4 The costs and responsibility of the return shipment remain with the customer.

5 Products that are used, damaged, incomplete, or returned without their original packaging may be refused.

6 Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within fourteen (14) working days.

7 Refunds can only be made to the original account used for payment.
