In connection with the creation, execution, translation, and fulfillment of a purchase agreement under these terms, customer data is collected, stored, and processed by the provider in accordance with applicable legal provisions. The provider will not disclose personal data of the customer to third parties, unless legally required to do so or expressly authorized by the customer. If third-party services are engaged to support order processing, the requirements of the applicable data protection laws will be observed.

Customer data provided when placing an order will be used exclusively for purposes related to the contract and only for the purpose for which the data was supplied. Data may be shared with the shipping company responsible for delivering the goods, and payment details may be shared with the financial institution handling the transaction. Certain data may be stored for up to ten (10) years in compliance with commercial or tax law retention periods.

When visiting the provider’s online store, anonymized technical data (such as IP address, date, time, browser type, operating system, and pages visited) may be collected. This data does not allow personal identification.

At the customer’s request, personal data may be deleted, corrected, or blocked in accordance with statutory provisions. Customers are entitled to receive, free of charge, information about their stored personal data at any time.
